A Prince obsessed with magic in a land that's done its best to move on from it. He's someone who's so driven by his quest for power that he's restarted time loops countless times to get it, even if it means forgetting and starting anew each round. He’s charming and pretty on the outside, but getting to know him in any sort of deeper manner will show that he's got loads of horrible character traits brought on by his upbringing and his lack of understanding of emotions. Esikko is actually quite lonely, and desperately puts on a kind, gentle mask to try and get others to like him, but even his own emotions are a mystery to him. Due to this, those who are kind and considerate to him will be met with confusion and suspicion. He expects to be used, just as he uses others. However, trapped in this resort with the suit of hearts, he'll be forced to confront feelings he's used to easily discarding. His tendency for obsession, his desire for trust, and his need to be needed, are all going to be pulled to the front regardless of his desires.

RESORT ABILITIES
♥ LOVE DRUNK: Your character's kiss can now inspire love-sickness in others. As a small power, this ability isn't overtly strong ... but it is enough to induce a bad case puppy love. They can choose the object of their target's affections: it can be themselves or something/someone else. By its nature puppy love doesn't last very long so targets will not have a hard time shaking it off. It typically lasts long enough for the subject to embarrass themselves. However, you must be careful, as it is possible for this ability to recoil and get you love drunk for a while. Character must kiss their target to activate this ability.
DEATH
Surgery to "save" Esikko's life takes 16 hours. The doctor works tirelessly to repair his terrible sunburn and skincare injuries, but, as usual, he is a flawless medical practitioner and saves Esikko from death! The nurses all applaud the doctor's efforts right to the patient, who is advised to take at least a week in head-to-toe bandages, cheering about how his life had been preserved through great effort.
After he wakes, the doctor will explain that while his surgery was a resounding success, a few things snuck in while he was working and there was one complication. It happens! Stray intrusive thoughts and emotions are so slippery. While he isn't sure what got in while he was working—he was very focused on stitching skin together—Esikko might experience some side effects from that.
The real issue is that complication. There was one patch of flesh that wouldn't sit together quite right—nothing visible, as it's along his scalp, and it's so small that he won't feel it even when touching. However, it's so close to Esikko's mind that he may experience some... leakage. What kind? The doctor hems and haws, shaking his hands. Some kind. Hard to say off the cuff.
After reviving, Esikko may find that his dreams go wandering or draw others into them. It's strongest when he's dreaming of memories, but nonsensical dreams are not totally spared. As for that random emotion that snuck in? That's love mania. When he isn't dreaming, he may find himself manic at night, longing for some sweet romance. That's not that bad, right?
